Bad laws make for bad enforcement
Immigration law sucks. It’s messy, broken, backlogged, and slow. Outdated laws are just begging for nullification like sanctuary cities. And until congress rewrites immigration law, each municipality can be expected to do what is best for the local community. Which is as it should be.
